It is the goal of each catering team on site to ensure we deliver fabulous fresh food which meets, where possible, the requirements of all our customers on site. At the same time and if practicable, we will endeavour to meet individual needs or discuss with our customers suitable alternatives to the current offer which can be delivered without compromise to our other customers and agreed service standards.
The catering operation on site purchases a range of Halal certified products, however due to the size and complexity of the operation and the varied needs or our customers we cannot guarantee that sufficient segregation of equipment, storage and food handlers is available during preparation and service to guarantee the integrity of the Halal products.
We are able to produce relevant certification from our suppliers who process products to Halal standards, however, as we cannot guarantee complete segregation of products, we do not advertise our products as Halal. That said it should be noted that all of our cross contamination and food handling practices meet with the best practice demanded within our business including in accordance with our own Food Safety Policy and the food handling regulations in the United Kingdom.
