Healthy Pumpkin Bites

 

* 2.2 cups Rolled oats

* ½ cup Sultanas

* 1/3 cup Cranberries

* 1/3 cup Roasted pumpkin

* 1 tsp Marmalade or orange peel (optional)

* 1/2 cup Apple sauce

 

 

 

Throw it all into a bowl & mix well

Roll into small balls

Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown (180C or 356F)

Tip:

Rest the mixture once it has been put together to allow the oats to soak in all the flavour.
